Khao Yai & Prachinburi, an Eco Challenge
Geng Hin Poeng is situated south-east of Khao Yai National Park at the foot of the Dongrak Mountain Range, a sandstone plateau with elevations of between 600 and 1,000 metres. The plateau slopes gently down towards the South and the East. Khao Yai is Thailand's best known National Park and is only a 2 hour 30 minute drive from Bangkok.
At this location we can trek, raft, climb, abseil, set orienteering / Eco challenges and make use of both high and low ropes courses which we erect on site.
Itinerary
Departure Day: 08.30 Depart Bangkok by coaches to Kang Hin Poeng. On arrival, assignment of rooms, Lunch @ the dining area, Rapelling / Zipwire/ low ropes challenge, Evening games.
Day 2: Rise and morning exercise, Breakfast, skills briefing for the "Eco challenge" consisting of orientation practice and introduction of medical skills. Lunch @ the dining area, Begin challenge, late afternoon move into camping area. Pitch tents. Evening challenge: nighttime navigation.
Day 3: 08.00 Active challenges looped out of the resort and back into it. This section will include a medical scenano and the stretcher carry. Midday finish challenge. Lunch @ the dining area. Team crossing challenge. Dinner, End of trip campfire and party.
Final Day: Breakfast, Free period, the instructors will operate the abseiling, zipwire and low ropes sections for those students that wish to repeat the activity.
Depart Resort for Bangkok via coach.
