Swim Teacher Level 1 is both an educational and rewarding experience with abundant career opportunities. You will enjoy interactive classroom sessions, in-water training sessions and hands-on practice with real children. Upon successful completion you will receive the Swim Teacher Level 1 certification.

Swim Teacher Level 2 begins with the introduction of new strokes, both competitive and recreational. You will learn how to teach swimmers those slight adjustments to the Windmill arms they learned previously in order to practice the Freestyle Stroke. At the same time, you will learn how to teach bilateral breathing. Upon successful completion you will receive the Swim Teacher Level 2 certification.

While the mechanics of teaching a swimming stroke to children and adults are basically the same, the psychology involved is often quite different. Adults are likely taking lessons to confront a fear of water that has been with them for some time. Swim Teacher Adult will prepare you with the best methods to train a more mature audience ages 18 and up.
